Card-On-File
Using APIs and securitized tokens, you can keep a card on file with a reservation. The online booking page can be directed to save the card with the reservation during the booking process. Use the card for incidentals and pay the balance due for long-term guests.
Scheduled Payments
No more sending invoices and hoping that they make a payment. For Long-Term or Seasonal Guest Reservations, you can create an automated payment schedule with email notifications to keep it all on track.
Connected Hardware
Save time and energy. Take payments by typing in the credit card information or use a USB-connected credit card device to directly input the credit card information into the payment form.

Accept a wide range of payment tenders — cash, check, credit card, ACH - for deposits, reservation payments, and point-of-sale terminal payments.
Flexible Deposits for Online Reservations
Take a deposit for online bookings. You can choose to either have your potential guests pay a fixed amount deposit or have them pay a percentage of the total reservation fee as a deposit. Either way, you are securing their stay with revenue upfront.
